Normal: For men who do not currently have erection problems but have age, smoking or other health problems, or for self-care purposes only

Mild: Patients who feel the need to use oral medication from time to time due to mild erection problems. This group of patients can have coitus without medication, but feel they are better off with medication.

Moderate: Patients who are unable to achieve an adequate erection without the use of oral medication and who are unable to enjoy sexual intercourse due to poor erection quality even with medication.

Severe: Patients for whom high doses of oral medication do not help at all and/or who need to self-inject before intercourse

Highly Severe: Oral medication and self-injection do not help, often accompanied by uncontrolled diabetes, advanced Peyronie's disease. It may be preferred as a last option before surgery in patients who are not suitable for penile implant surgery due to health problems or who do not want this surgery.
